Well, I found a solution to my deinterlacing problem with the Kiddy Grade DVDs. Setting deinterlacing to “Motion adaptive” in the ATI control panel (I’ve got an X1950XT with Avivo) allows much better playback with Windows Media Player 10. In fact, it looks fantastic in comparison to anything I can get Media Player Classic to spit out.
I don’t like using Windows Media Player, but in this case, I’ll put up with it. ![]()
